Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

Free economy shipping to the contiguous lower 48 states in the USA.

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States only. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of the the lower 48 states, including Alaska and Hawaii my require additional shipping fees. You may be contacted during order processing to confirm additional fees or your order may be canceled and rejected. 

Ready to ship items will ship within 5-10 business days. Orders typically ship via UPS or USPS and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Reclaimed Michigan is not responsible for loss or damage caused during shipping. 

RETURN POLICY

In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to work with you to provide a replacement or facilitate the return of the defective item. Returns must be authorized for all standard products. Custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return. 

We are only able to accept returns of products that have not been installed or altered in any way.

We process all returns and refunds within 5 business days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend insuring the shipment to make sure you are covered in case of damage to the product during return shipping. Reclaimed Michigan will not be responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping.
